We provided full brand identity and product design services for Otter’s new data analytics platform.
Otter set out to make data more accessible for businesses—turning complexity into clarity through powerful, easy-to-use tools. To support that mission, we began by uncovering the core goals: build trust, enhance usability, and position Otter as a reliable partner in data-driven decision-making. Through discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews, we translated these goals into a visual identity that feels modern, intelligent, and grounded. The resulting brand system—logo, color palette, and typography—was built to reflect Otter’s values of clarity, innovation, and approachability across all touchpoints.
In designing the product, we kept Otter’s end users front and center. Their goal was to offer an intuitive dashboard that delivers insights at a glance—without the noise. We designed a clean, navigable interface focused on usability and performance, using wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to refine the experience. Each design choice—from the hierarchy of data visualizations to the simplicity of the navigation—was made to empower users with confidence in their data and to reinforce Otter’s promise: making data work for you.
